What if the product doesn't work for me?

How long does shipping take?
We offer fast, reliable nationwide delivery across South Africa. Most orders are delivered within 8-11 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
How much does shipping cost? Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa — including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, and beyond. Shipping is free on all orders over R1500. A flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders below this threshold, calculated at checkout.
How will my order be packaged?
All Aura Align orders are carefully packaged to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. We use discreet, secure packaging so your order is protected throughout the delivery process.
How can I track my order?
